1. About Learn With JayTee

Learn With JayTee provides educational, consulting, credit-related, digital, and other products and services.

Specific products or services may also be governed by a separate service agreement, enrollment agreement, checkout terms, or other written agreement.

If a separate agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific agreement will control for that product or service.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Individual results vary.

Learn With JayTee does not guarantee any particular credit score increase, deletion, approval, funding amount, financial result, business result, income level, or other specific outcome unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Testimonials, screenshots, examples, and customer results do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same or similar results.

4. Credit-Related Services

Where we provide credit-related education or services, you understand that accurate and current negative information cannot be guaranteed for removal.

Credit reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, lenders, and other third parties make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee how or when a third party will respond.

Credit scores may increase or decrease during the process, and previously deleted information may under certain circumstances be reinserted.

We do not control credit-scoring models or lending decisions.

5. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable, your separate service agreement and required consumer disclosures will provide additional information regarding cancellation rights and other protections.

6. Credit Monitoring and Third-Party Services

Certain programs may require an active third-party credit-monitoring service or access to information necessary for us to perform the service.

Third-party providers are independent companies and may have their own charges, terms, policies, and technical requirements.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information, promptly provide requested documentation, maintain required third-party services, keep contact information current, review communications sent to you, and use our services only for lawful purposes.

8. Payments

Prices and payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase or in the applicable service agreement.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for authorized purchases.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes Learn With JayTee to collect payment at a time prohibited by applicable law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by product or service and will be disclosed in the applicable purchase terms or service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By voluntarily checking an SMS consent checkbox, submitting an applicable opt-in form, or otherwise providing legally valid consent, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Learn With JayTee at the phone number you provide.

Messages may include service updates, account notifications, reminders, educational content, announcements, promotions, and marketing offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Email Communications

By providing your email address and consenting where required, you may receive transactional, educational, service-related, promotional, and marketing emails from Learn With JayTee.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications may not prevent us from sending communications necessary to administer an existing account, transaction, purchase, or service.

Unless otherwise stated, content provided by Learn With JayTee—including courses, videos, trainings, documents, templates, graphics, worksheets, guides, written materials, branding, and other proprietary content—is owned by or licensed to Learn With JayTee.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, record, resell, redistribute, share account access, upload paid content publicly, or claim our materials as your own.

13. Account Access

If you receive access to a portal, course, membership area, or other account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Access is intended only for the authorized purchaser unless otherwise stated.

You may not use our website, services, systems, or content to violate applicable law, commit fraud, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, resell protected materials without authorization, or misrepresent your relationship with Learn With JayTee.
